Mizuno Plus Back on My Feet
Hammam Is Back on his Feet

Hammam joined Back on My Feet as a member of the veteran’s program at Salvation Army. He immediately fell in love with running and became the first Residential Member from Back on My Feet Atlanta to complete a marathon. Thanks to Back on My Feet’s employment partnership with Marriott, Hammam now works as a banquet server and has a place to call home.  What does he feel is the best part of having his own place? "Sharing it with his children."

Mizuno is proud to support Back on My Feet, a non-profit organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness gain the confidence to turn their lives around.

Back on My Feet has helped thousands of people gain employment and secure independent living – all by introducing running into their everyday life.

Running has done so much to change our own lives. We are honored to help it change the lives of those around us.

We hope you'll join us.

Why do you run?

“The girl who always failed the mile run in gym class turned into a marathoner — what a beautiful twist. Running changed me into a healthier, happier person, a person I am proud to be, a person who knows she is able to accomplish so much.”
