Mizuno Brand Ambassador Ian Kinsler started the rally for the Texas Rangers in the top of the ninth inning in Game 2 of the 2011 World Series. Trailing the St. Louis Cardinals 1-0 entering the inning, Kinsler led off with a bloop single into shallow left field, then stole second to get into scoring position. Ian Kinsler and the Texas Rangers moved one step closer to returning to the World Series by taking the first game of the American League Championship Series. Kinsler smacked a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the 2nd inning off Detroit Tigers ace Justin Verlander. That put Texas in front 2-0, and they would hold on for a 3-2 victory.
