Ian Kinsler makes history with his 15th leadoff home run.

The Texas Rangers’ offense is off to a good start early in the 2011 season and second baseman Ian Kinsler’s bat has been a large part of that success.   With his home run on April 2^nd, he became the first player in the major leagues to hit leadoff home runs in the first two games of the season.   The Star-Telegram has a nice profile of the Rangers’ fast start here.
