Mizuno Bamboo bats and Wood Composite bats are warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase. Mizuno’s Bamboo Elite bat is warranted for a period of 120 days from date of purchase. This policy provides for a one time replacement.
It is required that you include a valid proof of purchase (e.g. store receipt) with the bat for proper warranty consideration.
Note: Maple and Ash bats are excluded from any warranty.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
1. Do not return the bat to your sporting goods dealer. Please complete the return authorization form or call Mizuno customer service at 1-800-966-1211 to obtain a return authorization number and return address.
2. If the bat is found to be defective we will send a replacement bat to you as soon as possible.
